The question I receive the most is “Do you take insurance for bodywork?”. The answer is “it depends”. Let me clarify how it “typically works” in my experience:
Client verifies with their insurance company that my form is acceptable for them. Feel free to email me and I will gladly send you the pdf file. No cost and no tricks. This form is sometimes referred to as a “Super Bill”. It’s basically a receipt with diagnostic codes and my NPI number.
If the client feels comfortable with their arrangement with the insurance provider, the client schedules a session. Client pays for my services at my full rate (cash, HSA/FSA, debit/cc, apple pay, google wallet, Venmo, Zelle, check, silver generics, bitcoin). Client then receives said “Super Bill” (receipt) at the end of the session to take with them.
Client submits “Super Bill” (receipt) directly to their insurance provider.
The insurance provider reimburses the client DIRECTLY. I am not in that loop and I do not know how much the insurance providers reimburse. Each one is different. I have typically seen around a 60-70% reimbursement rate.
I also have no idea how many sessions will be allowed for this process of reimbursement. That is the clients responsibility to verify with their insurance provider.
One other thing to consider, I am approved and do accept HSA and FSA for bodywork. You do not need approval first (it’s your money). No special forms required. No receipts necessary.

***Listening/Intuitive Consultations - these sessions are created and intended for the individual being seen and heard without judgment or “fixing”… because there is nothing to fix. these sessions are NOT therapy, counseling, mentoring or coaching. We have several ways of connecting for these sessions:
A walk together (Walk and Talk)

around the neighborhood
around the city
travel fees are NOT included in rates

A gentle reminder… there are no refunds once you have scheduled your session. So perhaps take a pause, breathe and check in to make sure you are in a clear heart/head space before scheduling your session. Thank you for your understanding 🫶🏼💞
***Bodywork (Physical/Energetic/Intuitive) Sessions - these sessions are in person. they take place in a quiet, calm, safe, office space. the session is always guided by the needs and wants of the client including the appropriate attire desired by the client. the sessions are both physical and energetical in nature. the work ranges from very gentle to intense. If you do not see the option to schedule, that means there is no availability. some of the work available in these sessions at no additional charge includes:
deep tissue
myofascial release
structural integration
cupping (including stripping)
intraoral (think gums, palettes, tongue, ptyeragoid)
outer face and cranial
lymphatic system work
prenatal
stretching/thai bodywork

injury rehab - both bodywork and suggested movements

Soul Circle for Men 💚☯︎
It’s about being with a few others in a safe environment. The words “trust, presence, alignment and courage” come to mind.
The Circle will be contained (up to 6 Souls). The intention is to keep this circle small and safe. There is no agenda to grow it any larger.
It will be available both online (WhatsApp, Telegram or Proton meet) and in-person here in Colorado.
It will take place once a month.

A 3% processing fee has been added to all online rates. The credit card info (including HSA/FSA) is ONLY required for scheduling the FIRST time. The credit card will NOT be charged unless you choose to prepay for the session. The credit card info will not be needed going forward as you continue to schedule sessions. Once entered, it is stored safely in the system.
