  1. Physical/Intuitive/Energetic Bodywork Sessions

    These sessions are in person in a calm peaceful environment. The work ranges from deep pressure sessions, to light gentle cranial and lymphatic drainage sessions. It depends on what the client and their body are needing and wanting. A few other modalities available are cupping, BioField Tuning Fork, thai stretching, intraoral work, pin and stretch, pre and post surgical work to name a few. Feel free to inquire at the email below. There are so many different modalities and names for things in the field of bodywork.

  2. Listening/Intuitive Sessions

    Let me be clear, I am NOT a licensed therapist and these sessions are NOT therapy, counseling, mentoring or even coaching. They are one person holding space for another. They are one person reflecting back what one hears if that’s what is requested by the client. There is no judging, should’ing or fixing… because there is nothing to fix. Sometimes, we just want to be heard by an impartial and objective observer or witness.

    A gentle reminder, there are no refunds for these sessions. So please take a moment, breathe, check in with yourself to see if you are in a heart space before scheduling. Thank you for your understanding 🫶🏼

    These sessions are available as a “walk and talk” or via Whatsapp, Telegram or Proton Meet.

  3. Complimentary Calm Chat

    These are 15 minute complimentary and calm chats to see if we both feel and agree we’d be a good fit for one another.

  4. Soul Circle for Men

    This is a small circle (3 to 6 individuals max) of Souls to come together in a safe environment to connect, be present, share and be real with one another. This also is NOT therapy, counseling, mentoring or coaching. If you do not see it below to sign up, that means the session is full or a new one has not been scheduled yet. They are typically once a month. They are available in person as well as remote (Whatsapp, Telegram or Proton Meet)

  5. Rates

    • Please note that the online rates you see when scheduling include a 3% processing fee should you choose to pay by card including an HSA and FSA card. Prepayment is NOT required. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, check and Silver generics are encouraged. There is no processing fee for these payments.

    • Bodywork 60 min - $120

    • Bodywork 75 min - $150

    • Bodywork 90 min - $180

    • Bodywork 120 min - $333

    • Listening Consultation 25 min - $66

    • Listening Consultation 50 min - $111

    • Soul Circle for Men 50 min - $0

Finally, the question I receive the most is “Do you take insurance?”. The honest answer is, “it depends on your insurance provider”. I have an NPI number. In my experience, if it’s going to work, send me an email and request the form or what is also referred to as a “Super Bill”. I am happy to send it to you. From there, you pass it on to your insurance provider to see if it works for them. If it does, then you schedule a session. You pay my full rate at the end of the session including tip. I provide you with a “Super Bill”. You submit that to your insurance provider directly. They reimburse you directly. I am not in the loop at all. I have seen reimbursements range from 50-70% of my rate. I have seen anywhere from 2 to 8 sessions approved. It just depends.
