want to lose weight?

if you are not sleeping and not meditating, your body will not release any of the unnecessary weight it is carrying…

also, if you are NOT doing this just for you, any weight that might leave the body will come back… it HAS to be for you and only you in order for it to stay off… and even that is not a guarantee… its the only chance you have though…

also, the excess weight the body is carrying… is emotional at its root cause… not genetics, not age, not sex/gender, not some drug you took or are taking… those are all stories.
